Really nice hotel located close to the futian checkpoint. If you got a car then this would be the place to be. The hotel has all the amenities I would expect from the Marriot Brand. It has really large rooms and they were clean and smoke free. The beds were really comfortable and I really want to figure out where they get their pillows so I can buy them for myself. The staff were really friendly and if they did not speak English an online translator will help. They have a pool and a fitness center that we did not have time to use and a restaurant and bar that looked pretty good. The prices are definitely higher than the outside but if you are lazy to go out then you can order from the mobile robot bellboy. In the area there is a 24 hr convenience store downstairs and behind there is a whole residential street with lots of food options and a McDonald's.

For the price, this is a great option. The hotel is dated, it looks like it hasn't been updated since the early 1990's... however, with this said, there is nothing wrong with the rooms, the bathroom, the facilities all very clean and comfortable. If you are staying in Shenners for shopping or a quick work trip there is absolutely nothing wrong with this place (I was here for shopping and meeting friends and I was in the hotel for literally 13 hours, sleep, shower, shuttle).

- Great location, just walking distance (600m) from the HK border crossing (Lok Ma Chau) - just walk out of the immigration building and turn left at the intersection. Opposite the immigration building, there are restaurants, shops, and the great spa (Tenz). There are several subway entrances around the immigration building. - The pool stays open long hours (6am-11pm)

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFULL AND SMİLE FACE. SPECİALLY THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE WAS VERY HELPFULL. EXAMPLE ONE OF THEM NAME İS BRAİN HE MAYBE CARE ABOUT MY ISSUES LİKE HALF DAY I WANT TO THANK ABOUT HİM.HE MADE ME FEEL LİKE İ AM İN MY OWN HOUSE. I USE TO HAVE SOME CREDİT CARD İSSUES HE HELP ME A LOT . I REALLY WANT TO THANK HİM. YOU WİLL LİKE REALY MUCH THİS HOTEL. GYM CENTER İS EXALANT BY THE WAY.

Now that Covid has passed they have restarted the shuttle bus to and from ST in the Free trade zone and to the border crossing and shops at other times of day. Good breakfast buffet, but a little expensive during the week when I only want a small simple breakfast and cannot do the buffet justice.

We were given happy hour, it was not mentioned in the booking. It is a surprise. We had to leave early in the morning, we asked the restaurant to let us in before they start. They kindly did.

Everything was excellent, we requested late check out and they accepted it very nicely. Breakfast had good variety and the Rooms were very nice and clean.

Nice hotel, but now not 5* just tourist hotel... Nice swimming pool need cup And also good breakfast
