Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen

- Great location, just walking distance (600m) from the HK border crossing (Lok Ma Chau) - just walk out of the immigration building and turn left at the intersection. Opposite the immigration building, there are restaurants, shops, and the great spa (Tenz). There are several subway entrances around the immigration building. - The pool stays open long hours (6am-11pm)

Now that Covid has passed they have restarted the shuttle bus to and from ST in the Free trade zone and to the border crossing and shops at other times of day. Good breakfast buffet, but a little expensive during the week when I only want a small simple breakfast and cannot do the buffet justice.

The facilities were as wonderful as the staff who were as delightful as the food selection was. The tall waiter who wears glasses, Samsara (the bellboy), and the doormen were especially helpful and kind.

location is about 20 walks from Futian cross order train station but location is difficult to find. Best to get a taxi to go at RMB10. It is more in a residential area so only very local restaurant and one or two convenient store within 10 mins walking distance.

The amenities, breakfast buffet and especially the transport service to company, plus the very accomodating staff!
